Summary of Job Scope and Expectations:
The Senior Business Process Engineer position is responsible for driving the design of systems to support business processes. This position performs systems analysis as the basis for creating programs for business processes. The Senior Business Process Engineer collaborates with vendors, developers, end users, and Business Analysts to enhance the functionality and productivity of business processes, using appropriate technologies.

• Drives the design of system to support business processes.
• Understands and models business processes.
• Performs systems analysis as basis for creating programs for business processes.
• Collaborates with vendors, developers, end users, and Business Analysts to enhance the functionality and productivity of business processes.
• Produces quality solutions through effective planning, engineering, testing, and delivery using established standards.
• Creates improvements, simplifications, and re-engineered business processes, using appropriate technologies to enhance the productivity of business processes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in IS, Business, or related field
• Minimum five years of experience in MS/ET technologies and developing business applications, preferably in a retail/hospitality environment
• Successful completion of annual store training
