Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and Operations experience as Area Coach of Ops or Multi-Unit Manager
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field required; MBA desirable
Minimum five years of combined finance and Operations experience, preferably in a multi-entity, multi-state retail/hospitality environment
Successful completion of annual store training
