Senior Guest Care & Insights Analyst
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, statistics or related field required
• Minimum five years of customer service or marketing analytics experience, preferably in a retail/hospitality operations environment
• Successful completion of annual store training
