PR & Communications Specialist
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or related field required
• Minimum three years of PR and/or Corporate communications, preferably in a retail/hospitality environment
• Successful completion of annual store training
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
• Ability to demonstrate and teach Panda’s Mission, Values, and Culture
• Knowledge of standard social media terminology, strategies, tactics, and tools
• Knowledge of public and media relations process and procedures
• Knowledge of industry trends
• Knowledge of the company
• Computer/technology skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms, and internet research
• Basic graphic design and production skills preferred
• Customer service and interpersonal skills
• Basic relationship building skills applied internally and externally
• Basic project management and time management skills
• Communication (oral and written) and listening skills
• Ability to follow directions and pay attention to details
• Ability to identify problems and issues
• Ability to be meet deadlines and multi-task in a fast paced, high-volume environment

• Ability to work positively with Operations and other departments (“win/win”)
