Payroll Administrator/Accountant
- Bachelor’s degree required; major in Business/Accounting preferred with coursework in Accounting required; CPA desirable.
- Minimum five years of related payroll experience preferably in a retail/hospitality environment
- Ability to demonstrate and teach Panda’s Mission, Values, and Culture
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, concepts, and practices
- Thorough knowledge of enterprise accounting systems and sub-systems/software relevant to Payroll
- Knowledge of retail/hospitality industry and practices
- Computer/technology skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong communication (oral and written) and listening skills
- Strong financial management and analysis skills
- Project management skills
- Ability to access data and produce needed reports for Payroll
- Ability to solve complex problems independently
- Ability to assist with projects
- Ability to train/mentor Accounting associates
- Ability to talk and share before a group
- Ability to work positively with other departments (“win/win”)
- Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task
- Demonstrates proactive behavior and attention to detail
- Ability to embrace change and continuous learning
