Field Associate Recruiter - Chicago
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
• Ability to demonstrate and teach Panda’s Mission, Values, and Culture
• Knowledge of recruiting within retail restaurant/hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems, such as Taleo
• Basic knowledge of employment laws
• Strong computer/technology skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and recruiting software
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Strong communication (written and verbal), listening, and assessment skills
• Ability to solve complex problems independently
• Ability to demonstrate basic leadership skills and work effectively with Operations leadership, providing guidance and facilitating processes on company policies and practices related to recruiting
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
• Ability to embrace change and continuous learning
