Bachelor's degree, preferably with a business or HR major, or paralegal certification required
Minimum five years of experience in HR and/or EEO/Wage & Hour compliance or an equivalent combination of post-graduate education and experience; experience in preparing position statements and/or responding to governmental investigations and complaints and experience in participating in relevant mediation process required
Successful completion of annual store training
Ability to demonstrate, and teach Panda's Mission, Values, and Culture
Strong knowledge of legal concepts and terminology related to employment discrimination, wage and hour laws, and related areas
Strong knowledge of state and federal employment and employee benefit laws, including Title VII, ADA, FLSA, ERISA, ADEA, FMLA, and OSHA
