JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum five years of facilities maintenance-related experience, preferably in the retail/hospitality environment
• Successful completion of annual store training

• If hired, must provide proof of full vaccination on your start date, unless prohibited by federal, state, or local law.  Full vaccination means two weeks or more have passed after receiving the second dose in a two-dose series, or more than two weeks after receiving a single-dose vaccine.  Examples of proof of full vaccination include an original, photocopied, or digital completed vaccination card which includes your name, type of vaccine provided, and date last dose administered.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: 

• Ability to demonstrate and teach Panda’s Mission, Values, and Culture
• Knowledge of all trades and of equipment components and costs associated with repair or replacement
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Contract negotiation skills
• Strong computer/technology skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tracking software
• Strong communication (oral and written), customer service, presentation, facilitation, and training skills
• Ability to work effectively with Facilities Service Vendors and Operations Leaders
• Ability to solve problems and resolve conflicts independently
• Ability to negotiate
